Dr Liz and Dirk will be in Brisbane from Fri 18th May to Monday 21st May, attending a Hospice and Palliative Care conference. Tegan (vet nurse) will be available Friday 9 to 4 pm and Saturday 9 to 11 am. We will be closed on Monday. No vet will be available Friday to Monday (unless I can get a locum vet).
New animal clinic family members are always welcome - so call, email, txt (0401 349 849) to make an appointment for your "special time".
You can make an online or phone appointment, refill prescriptions, and search the vet library, all here online. Read my blog to get to know us better. When you come in, your pet will get lots of treats, cuddles to make the check up more fun, and you will get lots of information on how to continue being the fantastic loving pet owner that you are.
We are a great vet hospital for loving pet owners with fantastic pets who love to be fed the buckets of liver jerky that we have on hand. We are awesome for those loving pet owners who allow us to do what we can to help their best mate. We always try to work within everyone's financial budget, and we are happy to offer VetPay for the more "break the budget" veterinary expense. But we are not for every pet owner.
As a proper hospital, all medical and surgical procedures are done on site, for peace of mind. We also operate to a very high standard, with fancy gadgets (such as multiparameter monitor), as well as advanced training.
Both Nurse Dirk and Nurse Tegan are Cert IV qualified Veterinary Nurses, ensuring a high quality of care and training for your pet.
For real...your pet, in my view, is the most important thing in the vet consult room. But unless you think so too, then we are not the vet for you. Sorry, but true.
I am animal mad... and mad about animals... and (almost) every pet I see, I am ecstatic that they are part of the "animal clinic" family. Want to see our family shots?
"Not to hurt our humble brethren is our first duty to them, but to stop there is not enough.
We have a higher mission--to be of service to them wherever they require it."
Saint Francis of Assisi (1182 - 1226)
